1. Product Composition & Safety

It is waterborne acrylic polymer emulsion, formulated with purified water as carrier, no volatile flammable organic solvent, no benzene, ketone or methanol ingredients.

- Classified as NON-HAZARDOUS / NON-DANGEROUS GOODS, no UN transport number;

- Pass global GHS hazard assessment, only mild skin irritation warning without fire, corrosive or toxic risk;

- Shipped as ordinary general cargo via sea, truck or air, no dangerous goods certification, no dangerous package certificate required for customs clearance 。

2. Core Technical Advantages

1. Stable white milky liquid at ambient temperature, adjustable viscosity suitable for high-speed automatic laminating machine;

2. Outstanding initial tack & final bonding strength, perfect adhesion on art paper, coated board, kraft paper, BOPP, PET, PVC plastic films;

3. Low moisture release after lamination, effectively avoid finished carton curling, wrinkling or bubbling, shorten drying cycle and improve post-processing efficiency like die-cutting immediately after production ;

4. Excellent foaming adaptability matching Henkel aeration glue technology, reduce glue consumption by around 20%~30% to lower production cost, eco-friendly with lower carbon emission ;

5. Good anti-freezing & storage stability, long shelf life under regular warehouse condition without easy layering or deterioration.

Focus on litho-lamination for packaging: color printed paper + plastic film lamination for food cartons, cosmetic boxes, daily commodity packaging, gift boxes, pharmaceutical outer packing; also applicable for composite of cardboard and thin flexible plastic film in book cover lamination.
